1stly if you want a succesful company you have to be able to keep promises and pay your staff.
Dont hire people with intention of payment and then they have to hear stories and fight for money.
I see as i read the last complaint that it is a similar complaint to this one.
If this is what happens within a business i can only imagine what happens with regards to your contracts and suppliers that have to argue for payment. Im sure this would also extend to a personal level where you running away from simple month to month expenses.
Please i urge you to do the right thing and pay what is due to people before your business gets a bad name.
Word of mouth is very powerful.
