Builders Warehouse Gape Gate really knows the meaning of customer service. Customers are not a priority, even if they stock over 100k items on the selves customers should look for something for hours, they do not care. If you ask the person packing the shelves (that is if you can find one) advice on where to look, you get this irritated look and reply on a shelve number. On the shelve I only find one and need two. Went to the customer counter, to ask if there is more in stock, waited 15min for Colin while on telephone to ask about the stock, just to be referred to another counter with other unwilling people to help. Llewellyn next to him was so busy stuffing his face with that meat pie that he ignores every one that may hind on service while busy with is pie.
What is going on, does the manager know about these clueless ignorant personnel, I would suggest that Colin Saayman and Llewell Arries be replaced by people that would like to work with a smile and that people get training in customer services or that builders warehouse consider putting up signs that state it is self-service and if you struggle to go to another supplier and spend your hard eared money elsewhere.
