Very poor service by Electro Surgeon

I was charged 7 hours work for a person who could not find a problem, who promised to come back the next day but did not (and did not even phone to say he would not) and where the problem persists. At best, they offered to send back the same person who provided this poor service.

They do not carry simple consumables with them - they have to drive somewhere to go and purchase it, and then charge 50% on top of what it cost them. Daylight!
