I went To SA Pools with a water sample. they tested it and sold me cehemicals and filter replacement sand for the amount of R950.
I followed their printed instruction of adding the chemicals in a specific order after replacing the filter sand.
Waited a day or two but absolutely nothing changed. pool was still murky and green as it was before the use of the chemicals. I took another sample on the 11th of Oct 2013, it was tested and the result came back nearly completely similar to the first test. Again they wanted to sell me the exact same chemical as I bought on the 7th, I refused and said it did not work the first time and I am not willing to spend another R -700 on chemicals (I subtracted the sand price) I was then given Peroxide which I administered to the pool. Long and Short this turned pool from green and cloudy to grey and cloudy.
I contacted the shop and emailed them the 2 set of results as their testing computer overrides their tests.
The owner requested I bring in another water sample as it is impossible that it is as I say.
When I took it he was to busy to see me, so I left the sample today 24th Oct at 8h00. At 10h03 I got a call from the manager which I considered abusive.
