I have been waiting on the line for 15 min just to get a price on a product and I kept waiting. the only person who answered was the receptionist that was extremely rude. I am not happy at all. It doesn't matter if I am not a loyal customer or not. If you really want to keep a good name you have to have good customer service. And I did not receive that at all.
