I have a good relationship with the Cash Build Cavendish Branch, they know me by name. To date I purchased building material over R100 000 from them and they always delivered according to there promises. However I have to complain in this forum due to Cavendish Branch not responding to a complain I made. I purchased 3000 bricks from this branch. Upon my inspection of the bricks, about 20% were damaged. I called the branch to complain, I was told that the Manager will phone me. The Manager never phoned me, when I called the 2nd time I was able to talk to the Manager who said he will go inspect the bricks himself and get back to me. Guess what, no one ever got back to me. What a sad way to end such a good relationship but I will take my business else where.
