Last year I bought the bond November 2012. On May 2013 the transfer attorneys finalised with seller. Since then she promise that she will lodge. On the 2013 September 25 she told me that the estate has finalised. September 2013, 17 she told me that on September 2013, 30 she gona lodge, but nothing like that, the seller is fighting I am also fighting because of poor service and when I tried to talk to her boss they don`t want the only thing they are doing are those empty promises. I need her boss to investigate and fix it with immediately.
