I bought 3x items now from Builders Warehouse, Brackenfell. Two of the three items I was over charged in total R8.00. Buy three random items and getting overcharged R4.00 per item for two items - compare to shelf price?
I complained about this to the store before. Must I now write down each price and verify it at till point? I had a chat to the store manager as well. He told me its a ongoing problem and they are working on it.
Sorry, that's not good for me. It feel like someone is steeling my money!
And when the store manager was walking away, he was smiling. maybe someone made a joke and he was laughing at me for complaining about this.
Maybe the public/media must be made aware about this.
