Prices. Rocco the first guy gave me price over phone immediately but too busy to sen quote in writing. Second sales rep Stehan had problems with email n I couldn't open his quote. Sent me back to headoffice to be helped. Third lady Marthie was efficient but her price was much higher than the other two consultants. I then thought I would talk to sales manager. After a week manager James told me I have become a nuisance and that's their price. He is very busy n my case already been sorted. When my husband called he put the phone down on him.
