I am singling out Nando's at 90 degrees in Rivonia because that's where we went this evening but really, this complaint applies to all of them. I cannot remember the last time I was given a clean plate, glass, knife or fork at Nando's. They are fatty and grubby, and full of fingerprints. It is absolutely disgusting and tonight was just the last straw. The tables are also no better - they are downright sticky.
Get some dishwashers, train your cleaning staff. You cannot expect people to continue to accept being served food in such unhygienic conditions. When did your standards drop so low?
