I appreciate the service I received from the Randburg branch when I purchased various lights from them. However, I was most impressed with the Marlboro branch.
On installation of the light fittings I realised there was a part missing from one of the lights. I happened to drive past the Marlboro branch on my way elsewhere and thought I'd take a chance.
I asked the manager (I assume he was the manager) if he could assist me. Without question he immediately sourced a part for me and gave it to me. No receipt, no argument, no fuss.
I really appreciate this kind of service.
