I placed my first order with the Crate 'N Pack Solutions company after finding them on the internet. I had very specific requirements on the pallets and crates they were to make for me as these will be built into shop-fitting for a golf shop. Joan was wonderful to deal with from the start. When the products were delivered today, they were not made as I had requested. Mistakes happen -- I can accept that -- but I was fearing a battle to correct the situation. To my surprise and delight, Joan and Bianca immediately responded to address the problems and send their truck back out to pick up the incorrect pallets and crates. It is on its way as I type this. My order is not large at all compared to what I'm sure they generally deal with, and I'm truly impressed at their willingness and dedication to correct my order. I do not find companies often in South Africa that are so customer-oriented, especially if the order is on the smaller side. I will highly recommend them going forward.
