BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS CLIENTS

Used 911 Drain & Plumbing before, & was happy & impressed by good service. Had to use them again Jan. Didn't have number off hand, & went onto internet, where I saw special advertised. They went out & I received bill for far more than advertised price. Advertisement states"no call out fee", & first half an hour is incl in R199. Labour was for an 1, 5 hrs, but they invoiced R775 -Invoice not specified, only stating full amount, (R775). I called & asked how they got to amount. I was informed they are charging for callout fees & 3x 1/2 hrs, & that advertisement on website is "not valid" anymore, however, they will come back to me. I was called back & told that I will be charged for 3 x 1/2 hrs. I then told her that the advertisement specifies "Price includes first half hour", & that I don't understand what this implies. Her boss, Mr. Peter Scholz phoned me & said that plumbers "do not work in half an hours" I don't have a problem paying, but I do have a huge problem with Mr. Scholz bad attitude and rudeness. This issue could have been resolved in a decent manner but because of the way he chose to handle a client - I will not support this company again.
