Wrong order delivered and pricing drama

Called into your Randfontein branch on 27 August to purchase FACE BRICKS which the lady (Tshidi) that assisted me took me outside the depot to show her the kind I wanted as per picture I had on my phone. We then proceeded with the order and the type of brick i wanted was not on the computer for her to ring up. that particular type was not on the system then she referred to a man by the name of Damon to get the code for the price. When she rung them up it came to R1.45 per brick and I asked once, then twice about the price on the slip and told her that my dad had said it would cost about R3. per Brick. I asked for my order to be placed on hold until i called for it to be delivered. I then called on Thursday 5September and was delivered on Friday. On saturday i called the store to tell them that was not what i ordered and was told i needed to bring in the receipts of which i did on Sunday. less than facebrick and that it costs a rand or two more.
