After spending over 3 hours trying to sort out and pay in full for the product for my customer ordered on the 14 Aug 2013 i was assured by the front end manager that the products ordered would be on my building site no later than the 23rd Aug 2013.
To date I have not received my stock or received a phone call in connection with the late delivery. after phoning there branch and getting transferred 3 times i eventually was told that they didn't call because they didn't have my contact details. All of my details are clearly printed on the cash slip I have so how they don't have them is a mystery to me.
I then got transferred again to Redlin who assured me he would look into the problem and get back to me. There has been no call back in the last hour and a half.
The general service and specifically the service I have received on this occasion is shocking and I will not be purchasing from any Builders Warehouse again.
