After numerous phone calls and empty promises to this day my garage doors have not been serviced. It's either the phone just rings with no answer or we get empty promises that someone is going to attend our request. Ronald who always answer tells me to contact the "technician" who is constantly busy or doesn't answer phone calls. The technician Paul even told me that he doesn't do Friday calls only Monday to Thursday. What kind of service is this? It's been a month of not getting anywhere with the request.
