The sales person (Thabani) who helped me at Eurobrass Diepriver was so helpful and knowledgeable, it was really refreshing. Most places I go these days the sales people are useless and so disinterested. As a woman it is great to be able to get advice and guidance on the fittings I need. Additionally, there was an issue with the printed invoice not reflecting the line details. Thabani offered to email it to me. When I got home 15mins later it was in my inbox already. I also must add that Eurobrass had everything in stock that I need. This really goes a long way to reducing customer frustration. Got everything I needed in one visit, no hassles. Will definitely go back for future ironmongery needs, as they make it a straight-forward and pleasant experience.
