Began building in April and finished foundation, walls and roof in June with a few not too serious errors, but some work that needed to be re-done, e.g. a crooked wall and very messy glass block window. Plumbing was totally unacceptable from the beginning and may now need to be torn out and re-done, due to leaks and incorrect installation of toilets, baths and sinks. Work should have been completed beginning of July, but very little happened, and they have now abandoned the site, with the septic tank incomplete and no paperwork, e.g. engineers certificates.
I have reported this to the NHBRC, and they are investigating.
