I am ma^willy-willy, i bought a geyzer at cashbuild Tembisa plaza either on the 4th or 5th february 2013. i lost a slip when i was suppose to claim from inurance for houses. Iwent back to the store at the beginning of June and i spoke to manager (man), he said i must write down the date i bought a geyzer, money and till i have used he will contact me and i wrote them down but he didnt contact me i had to go again toward the end of June. i found lady who told me that if it was within three month was gonna be possible. My problem is why the manager didnt tell me? Please help
