Most people that were conned by Gustav should be aware by now through this forum that a criminal case was opened via the Hawks Commercial Crime unit but registered in Edenvale under case number 168/6/2013 handled by W/O Mahapa 011-5538600. About 10 or so people gave statements. Gustav was arrested and released on bail and the case was heard in court again on 16 July 2013 and the Magistrate granted the police a S205 order authorising them to obtain Gustav and Shorea Carpentry bank statements directly from Standard Bank through a subpoena.
