Just and update (I'll write these regularly to protect other customers):
It's 4 months and counting - he still has my money, doesn't return calls/emails and has not interest in delivery goods or services (I understand he is a professional hunter so just leaves Joburg when clients come and abandon's his home improvement business). Funny that his staff are striking against him.
The intention of this compliant is merely to protect others from getting caught in the same snair that I am.
