My complaint is with Roof Excellence.
Just before Christmas my roof started leaking I contacted Malcolm at Roof Excellence & they came gave me a quote which I accepted & they started the following day. I paid a deposit & when the job was finished I paid the balance. The next day the rain came down & there were more leaks than before the repair, I must admit no-one came to inspect the work that was done.
I tried phoning Malcolm but no answer so left messages but never received any reply. I had no alternative but to fix the leaks myself.
Eventually I managed to get hold of Malcolm & explained what happened & asked when he could come & look at the roof, he was extremely rude & said he was busy & he would come when it suited him. As of date no-one has contacted me & also the work is supposedly guaranteed for 3 years.
