At the end of October 2012 I paid the deposit for built in cupboards. Erna assured me that the job could be done within two weeks as I had requested. They were a week late with delivery. They began installation and did not inform me that they did not have all the parts on hand. I paid the next instalment thinking that they would finish the job on that day. I was told that the wheels for sliding doors were on order from the supplier and would be delivered before the end of the year.By the new year, still nothing, and the two of them making excuses & not keeping their word about returning calls. The doors were eventually installed in February, but there were three sets of drawers incomplete & the mirror not delivered. This took another three and a half months of me phoning, them not replying, etc. before they completed the job (6 mnths for a job they had agreed to complete in three weeks). At one point they even blamed the client. They were not prepared to take any responsibility and there has been no apology forthcoming. During the two weeks that I took to pay the final amount (I had been ill), Tinus left two threatening messages on my phone. I do not recommend this company.
