A leaking pipe joined to the swimming pool pump had to be repaired as it caused dampness in the house. Seun vd Merwe from this company gave a written quote for the work which he believed will solve the problem. He did not think it was the pipe even when told that it was. He said it will take 3 days to fix. After a month he replaced a piece of pipe and after we called him almost daily as he just did not pitch to complete the work. He took 50% payment as deposit which we paid. After a month of asking him to finish the job he went to my husband stating the work was done and demanded the rest of the payment. He did not do anything as stated on the quote. The cost of the pipe was a fraction. He promised to come back but six months later he is nowhere to be found. He owes 6 months rent where he stays and promises to pay every day. Speaking to the estate agents in the area he previously left a rented home and never paid. Unreliable service, not telling the truth, making promises he cannot keep. Unbelievable how many time he makes up stories and not finishing his work and promises to pay his rent then does not.
