We had the absolute pleasure to get them to build a studio for my wife. Quentin actually came out to give a quote and perform a site inspection, whereas all the other contractors just sent a pricelist with standard layouts. We wanted something bespoke!
Quentin went out of his way to cater for our needs and whims, and was able to provide suggestions for us to get what we wanted.
Work started on time after payment of the deposit, and througout the construction he was in constant contact with us, providing feedback and responding to all our questions.
On two occasions he did not deliver what was quoted for, but much more, without additional payment. One such item was the door we wanted. I expected a wooden folding door and got a magnificent alluminium consertina door at the quoted price.
I will highly recommend creative condos, and will definately use them again in future if the need arises again. We got a beautifull, custom built studio and not just another wendy house.
