Something Woody

I supplied Mr Henry Pekelharing owner of Something woody and Duinzicht properties, timber for his branded logo beach chairs. On delivery he promised payment. As of today he has not made any attempt to settle his account. Every time I phoned/SMS / emailed I was told and given false promises. Now he just says catch me if you can. There are a number of business that have been by Mr Pekelharing. There are a several business that have judgments agains him or his wife for unpaid accounts.
I hope Mr Pekelharing does not scamme any one else.
