Regrettably this company was assigned to my insurance claim for a leaking pipe in a bathroom walls. As usual, they remind you of the excess that is payable to their technicians on arrival & seemed far more concerned with that than the actual job. Claim lodged on 15/05 & assigned to Plumbers On Call immediately as per sms received from insurance. PoC did not call to make an appointment but instead I had to. They only came out on 17/05 in the afternoon, but were unable to complete the work as they needed some part (which they clearly didn't have) but said they would be back shortly. Given that it was late on a Friday pm, I didn't expect them back until the next day although the toilet and the basin had been removed & were out of service. They only arrived again on Monday, fitted the 'missing' part & left, without re-affixing any of the sanitary ware, leaving them still unusable & did not bother to communicate anything further. When I called PoC today to findout what is happening, I asked for the Ops manager, was told he was busy and would call back. He called back, he was very unapologetic & blaz? about the issue, saying the builder had to 1st fix the wall b4 he can put back items.
