I saw a door advertised on the Builders Warehouse website for R478

I went to the store, and was helped by a Gentleman called Sanjay, who showed me 5 other doors for R1000 more, when i insisted on the door, he said he would get back to me, and let me know if he can source it. It is now almost 2 weeks later, and I am still waiting for Sanjay to call, I phoned again yesterday to speak to his manager, who merely said "he's left for the day, please call again tomorrow" - I don't find this to be good custoer service at all. When i eventually called him again this morning I was advised that that door doesn't exist, but yet, it is advertised.
I also contacted their [Email Removed] customer service email, with no reply. I then contacted their customer call centre, and was asked to leave a message.
Honestly, how difficult is it for you to honour the specials you advertise, or to provide a service, must I beg you to do business?
This is simply not acceptable?
I am looking for a the Semi Solid Horizontal door by Swartland, for R478, as advertised?
