Overpirced service

A colleague referred me to get my kitchen redone and I was promised that this would take max 3days. It took them 10 weeks from the 14feb2013. I made a payment of almost R50 000 in December and they only came in february to start working and I have battled to get hold of John via his cell and email in between the long breaks they had whilst working on my kitchen. I had to threaten then that i was going to the police if my work was not completed. They supplied me with a cheap kitchen with cost R1900 from the supplier and i was charged over R3600 for it. I eventually on the 9th wk got the owners number who promised to get the work done and pay me back for the return of the sink. its now 2wks since i spoke to him and he has not paid me back. I hope the police will be able to help me with this bunch of lazy people. I have to get them involved finally. I will be paying the loan for a long time and to think they spent it the second I paid it into their account makes my head spin. I hate being taken for granted for services I pay for.
I would NEVER recommend this company to my worst enemy, thier work is not even worth it.
