I hired Enoch to redo the thatching on my lapa and he wanted upfront payment. When it got dark, he had not finished and said he would be back. This was in June this year. He has never returned. He took the full amount and only completed half the lapa. I have phoned him many times and he keeps assuring me he will sort it out but never does. He advertises in the Pro2call local home improvement guide. Please do not trust this man. Do not pay him any money unless he completes the job. What he has done has committed and I would like to lay a charge of against him as I have my proof of payment and also proof of the lapa as it is still not completed.
