I BOUGHT A PRINTER 8 MONTHS AGO FROM DION WIRED CAPE TOWN. WE MOVED DOWN TO PORT ELIZABETH. THE PRINTER STARTED GIVING US ERROR MESSAGES.PAPER JAMS.( WITH NO PAPERJAMS) PHONED HP THEY GAVE ME THE NUMBER FOR THE SERVICING COMPANY. THIS COMPANY WANTS ME TO COURIER THE PRINTER ON MY OWN COST AND RISK TO JHB... IT IS STILL IN WARRANTY!!! DON'T THEY GET THAT! THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICE!!! IT WAS A FLIPPEN EXPENSIVE PRINTER! WHY DONT THEY HAVE A SERVICE PROVIDER IN PORT ELIZABETH!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! OR A NEW PRINTER! WHY CAN COMPANIES NOT STICK TO THEIR WARRANTIES! I TRUSTED HP AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A FAN, I AM DEEPLY DISSAPOINTED, IS THIS WHAT YOU GET FOR BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER!
