My HP Officejet 8600 gave me an error message. I tried to troubleshoot until eventually I was instructed to contact HP. I bought the Printer in June 2013. I registered it for the 3 year warranty. I checked on the website in July and the warranty is expired!!!...This is ridculous! I contacted HP via their website at the beginning of July and to date no one has contacted me. Their website is a joke as well because you cannot find a number or address to call in order to speak to somebody. its as if they are deliberately making it difficult for somebody to follow up. HP CUSTOMER SERVICE please contact me ASAP as i am losing money with my printer out of action!
