"Poor customer service" does not even begin to describe what these people provide. Never believe them when they tell you, "it will be ready by 10 am tomorrow". They don't even bother to call you to tell you that they haven't bothered opening your computer yet, by "10 am tomorrow". It took me two weeks to get back my PC, despite being told it would be sorted out in one day! On one Friday afternoon, when I went to collect it as told, the technician had "gone to the toilet". He came back 45 minutes later reeking of alcohol!
But the worst part is, they unloaded my anti-virus software (with my permission - because they told me it was the thing causing the problems) and loaded new software, namely Eset. Eset has now stopped downloading databases because the licence has not been paid (according to information supplied by Eset) - yet I have an invoice/receipt showing that I paid XITS. Xtreme IT Solutions is now refusing even to answer my emails. Georgia refuses to supply even the name of the store owner, let alone his contact details. I strongly suspect that XITS has just pocketed the money for themselves and left me with software which does not work properly now.
