My son paid for a graphics card (Purchase Order - 3079) which the salesman assured us they have ex-stock. After numerous unanswered mails we still get the run-around. My son saved for months to be able to afford this very expensive card. Once we got an answer of, and I quote "Items arrival as supplier has been delayed because of the arrive of Nvidia GTX700 series cards. Supplier has assured us it will be arriving soon. We apologize for delay, we will get it sent asap"
In my business if a promise was made we give the customer what they were promised even if it means going one level up at the same price...
