I shop quite a bit for my company on-line and took a chance with a company called Simplicity Online. I can honestly say I have not experienced the quality of service this company has given me. Leroy that assisted me was very efficient. He mailed me with details directly after our phone call (believe it or not this does not happen at times) and a couple of days later my order was laying on my table. It sounds so simple but the amount of times I have been let down by so called "online ordering" has made me very hesitant to deal with anyone online anymore. Thanks for restoring my faith through your outstanding service and I will definitely be using this company for any future purchases. Leroy is definitely a great asset to your company!
