Making a bad situation a good one

After experiencing delays in the delivery of my new computer, Dimitri not only apologised via telephone, by he also sent an email to once again apologise for the delays. The personal touch is what makes the difference between an unhappy customer and a happy loyal customer. Keep up the good work and attitude guys.
