Two months ago, 6 February 2022 - we took our x-box for repairs.
Charged me R500 for courier service. 1.
Said it will be ready in months' time.
6th March back to them to pick up console. I was said it not done yet and took my number will call me as soon as console is done. 2.
I phoned them after my visit on the 6th and I was told that the console will be here in two weeks' time. I will call you daintily. 3
Last week 31st March I drove to them. Friday I was told the courier didn't pick it up come back next week. 4
Monday the 3rd of April could get hold of them phone problems.
Monday the 3rd, again I drove to Computer Corp Secunda Spar - the courier didn't pick it up the owner of the Corp is going himself to pick it up himself it will be here Wednesday. 5
Wednesday I was not called and again I drove to Secunda to find out when this console will be ready.
I was told that we must come back on Saturday morning, and it will be ready for pick up. 6
Saturday today after 11 we drove again to them, and my son was told he must come back because it is not checked in. I myself walked in and ask what the problem is. I was told that it needs to be check in first. I said but you told us it will be ready today in the morning and still not done.
The owner told me there was a courier problem and I told him that I know that he picked it up himself on Wednesday and that he is blaming the wrong person. He lied to me, and the clerk helped him right.
I was not once called I drove to Secunda 6 times to follow up.
I will never in my life ever do any dealings or maintenance at Secunda Coputer Corp. We have two of them in our town and its owner has both of them.
I checked all the ratings, and it was BAD. I had dealings with Computer Corp in the past and never ever did I had any problems with Computer Corporation, but man I must say Secunda's is very bad.
I will never ever do any dealings with them again. It's a pity that Theye carries the name of a good Corps and this is the end results. Nope I'll rather deal with other Corps.
BAD RATING FOR ME - FIRED
I did complete a customer quality form and my rating was all bad. I bet you will never ever see that form. The owner will destroy it for sure!!!
What is trust = fairness, quality and next time.
I don't trust them, and I hope that my consoles wat fixed, because if you can lie and deceive a customer and take their money. you are untrustworthy and a lier...
