We work at a medical practice and have been struggling with the service from Medcomp for months. There is rarely a week where everything works as we should and as we pay for.
If its not the internet, its the phoned and vice versa. They have a terrible person incharge who does not care even remotely about service and is quick to advise on a call out fee for problems which the customer does not cause.
Last month we had almost no internet the entire month and we had to use our phones' mobile hotspot to actually function at the practice. So what exactly was I paying for?
There is one sales rep who puts in an effort but on once occasion when he contacted his boss when our phones did not allow for transfer of calls and he happened to be on speaker phone, his response was I do not know and why are you there? '
Its horrific service and needs to be addressed at your head office for a change and the person heading the PE branch needs to be reprimanded for his complete lack of interest in service provision.
