Poor product and after service

I am very displeased with this product and the after service. My son purchased a proline tablet and by accident the screen cracked. It was just one month after we bought it. suppliers have quoted almost the same price as the purchase price of a new one. I will not be buying any product of this brand ever again. A waste of money and a waste of time.
