I complained about lexmark about two months ago where i could just never get through to their "24 hr " call centre, and when i complained on hello peter was thrilled with response and feedback... so thrilled that i converted my complaint to a compliment, however on following instructions i realised that the printer lexmark s405 was still problematic. constantly emailed the person and support email addy - even called but noone gets back to me... i sure hope to get some feedback from this. please assist. does not help to have a call centre without agents or email support guys who do not respond... might just be bad for business...
