The worst service ever!
November 2013 I requested assistance with removal of an antenna because i moved premises. No assistance and i did the job myself. I then waited another week for the installation. Once the team came to install they advised that their are no line of site thus no service. I then explained that they need to cancel the service on which they agreed. One week later the debit order went off. I phoned them to advise that they need to credit me. They first advised me that they could not do it because i did not give notice. I then explained the situation and after a massive fight they said they will repay me and that they would not charge me again. My gut feel kicked in and i phoned my bank to block their account (at a cost of R40) to ensure no further deductions. Guess what- they tried to debit the account again and even had the audacity to email me that the account is in arrears- and im still waiting for my credit from December!
