I would like to warn anyone considering buying a Quickbooks upgrade. I had over two weeks of frustrations, the call centre was always busy, took them a day to phone back, support not good enough, an absolute nightmare. The books are NOT set for South Africa Vat system, this has to be done manually. I eventually had to get a professional consultant in to set everything up. So add that on the price of the upgrade... and the man hours lost in work... and absolute frustration. Quickbooks, do not bother to phone me, NOTHING is going to make me feel happy about Quickbooks service... if you would like a copy of my frustrations emailed, I am happy to forward this.
