Note. Orginal purchase of (HP OFFICEJET 4500 G510G) CB 867 A was from Game Galleria, Amanzimtoti. Had problems with paper feed which was making a terriable noise and was jamming. The above registered representitives for HP in Dbn.
Machine purchased 29/8/2012. Problems occurred early Feb 2013 and were repaired by 14/02/2013. On delivery note it states that "base and mechanism assembly" was totally replaced. Under warranty therefore repaired free of charge.
The same problem has occurred once again and manifested itself 7/10/2013. Warranty expired end August 2013. All work was carried out whilst item was under warranty.
Ensure covers any repairs for 3 months. However for this 3 months the item was still under warrantee.
As mentioned items were totally replaced by HP parts. My question is that surely all HP parts replacements should now be covered for a further 12 months.
Item was repaired by a registered HP dealer with HP parts.
They will not listen to my case.
Where do I stand.
