I did not receive any accounts after several attempts to rectify the address which read nr 28 instead of 26 Morningside. I supplied e-mail and post office box addresses as well-yet to no avail. After several phone calls (nearly 4hours) between the call centre and which is fondly known as the"Glaspaleis", one of the agents informed me that it is a known fact that accounts were not send out anymore and that I must phone them and they will tell me the amount which needs to be payed into their account. I requested a detailed account once more, was put through to a man who listened very attentively and who slammed the phone in my ear -he couldnt help me, he referred me back to one of the numbers I have already phoned a zillion times. Is it possible that an address cannot be changed? Dont they need the tax money? Why is the service not up to standard? I obtained bankdetails from a friend to pay my taxes.
