I am not impressed

I wrote a report about BONITAS (160713Q1H872), they have acknowledged that they commited mistake by taking my money and paying for someone else, now i want to make a follow up on hello peter regarding their poor service delivery and the report is no where to be found, i am really dissappointed indeed
