Personal purchases NO contact via email

Having used HP products for years both at business and work I purchased through Incredible Connection about a year ago, a HP Officejet Pro 8500A plus. This was my first HP printer, bought mainly for the double sided print feature which the salesman referred to as "stable". I estimate roughly 95% of the time when trying to print double sided it jams... hours of frustrating wasted time and cost. Having looked at websites to see what the problem may be, it seems there are multiple disgruntled purchasers.

Trying to send a email to HP proves fruitless as all email contacts require "business" warranty/purchase etc. I am not able as an individual to send a email to any South African HP outlet or office and customer service has telephone numbers if not business; I want to send a email as reference to ensure feedback. Can HP please make their SA site easier for "personal" users to give feedback.

I am considering dumping the not so cheap purchase and reverting back to xxx... a lost customer in business and personal!

This being sent via HelloPeter in the frustrating absence of not being able to send a "hi tech" Company like HP a simple email as a personal user... make it simple HP.
