To start off with my story I bought my laptop from the online HP shop only to find out a month later the microphone does not work. So phone calls backwards and forwards until at technician was sent out to come and fix it. He came with the wrong microphone so he said he would be back with a new one the next day which I am still waiting for, so I called again to find out what was happening and was told that the technician was from head office. So that was when I decided to call directly myself, that was when I got put through to the call center and was told I could go to Midrand because it was not far from me and I could have it fixed. I don't see why I have to use my fuel and time to have one of your faulty products fixed.
