I phoned the company to enquire if my order had been shipped yet, and discovered that it had, but to the wrong address. Athlone then went out of his way in the next three days to unravel the mess that had been made in the warehouse that had my order shipped to the wrong address not once, but twice. He constantly phoned me to keep me in the loop and update me, and he personally organised to have it shipped overnight to me so that it was waiting for me at my desk when I arrived this morning. I commend Athlone for customer service above the call of duty. He made sure that I want to send my future business to his company.
