Bad customer service

Hi, I went to to pep at Maponya mall to exchange clothes I bought 3 days ago, when I got there there was a very long line for payments. I asked one of the ladies for an exchange desk she told me to go queu again. The first time I queud for 30 minutes to buy, now I have to queu again to exchange?
