The quality of your products is despicable

Dear Sir/Madam
Last year I bought two of your products a bag and shoes it hasn’t been a year but they are already flawed. I hardly carry my bag since I thought it was one of my ‘luxury’ bags but as I was using it, it broke and the condition of my shoes is despicable, I thought you sold quality products. I am very disappointed.
